Along many other companys, Sony revealed some new devices at MWC 2012 in Barcelona. And as always, one of these devices gets to be called the new "flagship" of the company. For Sony, it's the Xpera S. Read on to find out all the specs and some more pictures of the device.
First of all, lets' look at the specs:
- 4.3" HD display (1.280x720 pixels)
- 1.5 GHz Qualcomm dual-core processor
- 1 GB of RAM
- 12.1 MP rear camera with LED flash (recording in 1080p)
- 1.3 MP front facing camera
- microSD
- dimensions: 128 x 64 x 10.6 mm
- weight: 144 grams
- running Android 2.3 (upgrade to 4.0 in Q4)
Well, those specs don't exactly blow our minds. But they certainly keep up with the competition.
If you like the design and if you don't mind missing a quad-core processor, you can certainly go for it.
It's gonna be available in Europe within the following weeks for about 499 €. We're sure the United States will follow soon.
